Transferring your pictures
1. Once you have established a connection to a server, you can now start transferring files between your computer and the remote FTP server.
2. In this example, we will go through the steps to upload files to the website.
3. Your files on your computer are displayed in the local directory listing which is on the left side of the screen. This tutorial assumes you know how to locate your files on your hard drive. Many web page editors will put your files in your "My Documents" or other easy to find places.
4. To upload a file to the FTP server, all you have to do is select the files in the local directory listing that you want to upload, and then click on the upload button.
You can alternatively right click on the selected file, and select upload, or click and drag the file over to the remote directory listing.

5. The files that are to be transferred are shown in the bottom part of the screen as shown below.
A progress indicator is shown so you can see how long the files will take.

6. Once the files have finished uploading, you will see them appear in the RHS of the directory listing window.

Your images will now be checked by our image library manager for quality, size, and keywords before being added to the main library.
